Spring 2025

For Spring 2025, I led the creative direction for both the collection and its multifaceted editorial, inspired by the intellectual romance of literary salons and cultural resurgence around reading. Tapping into the enormous popularity of BookTok and the revival of the bookstore as a cherished third space, we staged an on-location campaign at the iconic Strand Bookstore, collaborated with The New Yorker, and shot with rising journalism star Emily Sundberg. The collection was also brought to life with a real-world activation: a sold-out event in partnership with Buffy’s Book Club.

I grounded the collection in timeless academic staples - pleated skirts, cardigans, crisp shirting - but filtered through a youthful, subversive lens. This was not a nostalgic look back, but a bold celebration of modern female voices in literature. I drew inspiration from contemporary writers like Deborah Eisenberg, Annie Ernaux, Amanda Gorman, Zadie Smith, and Rupi Kaur, whose work continues to shape how we see the world.

I wanted the collection to feel like a love letter to curiosity — and to the women writing their own narratives.
